Dennis, trying to keep up with politics, started 15-30 mins of Bible before other interest. Put your hope in Christ before you worry about woes of the world. Wake up in middle of night and listen to scripture when can't sleep. Try to get a least 15mins of written word. A good gravy can make any food taste good. Find a text you like.
