John 9:1-7,
The Disciples
Blind so that the works of God might be displayed.
Here we see the disciples make a wrong assumption that Jesus corrects, Who’s sins caused the man to be born blind? We all to often associate bad things to be a result of sin. Sometimes they are so God can show His glory.
John 9:8-12,
The Neighbors
Some thinks the man is the blind beggar and others think it is someone else. The blind man is trying to convince them that he is the blind man they new as a beggar in their community.
John 9:13-16,
The Pharisees
Does a man of God break the Sabbath? Can a man that is not of God do such signs?
Divided on what to think?
John 9:18-23,
The Parents
If we confess Jesus, we will be cast out of the synagogue. What does that mean for us if we are cast out of the church. Is Jesus worth that?
John 9:24-26
Eye Opening Knowledge
What I do know is that I was blind and now I see
I have already told you and you would not listen. Why do you keep asking me the same question again and again?

Blinding Knowledge
The Pharisees, who are suppose to have the answer about what God does or doesn’t do can not explain the source of this great sign.

Casted Out of the Community
The transfer of trust in the religious system to Christ alone for salvation

Claiming that you See
Is what you see through the lens of your fallen man or through the enlightened eyes that have been open by Jesus?
